Trea has over 20 years of combined Retail, Project Management and Electrical experience. He has experience leading diverse teams in both the U.S. and International markets. He is a proven leader with a strong background in Operations, Training and Development, Ethics and Compliance. 

Chad has 25 years of experience in the energy and technology sectors. He  has extensive industry knowledge, leadership skills, and a reputation for strategic problem-solving.  Chad’s background includes 15 years as a master electrician, with a specialized focus on industrial controls.  

Jarod Stuart has a passion for delivering positive results developed over 20 years of managing operations and finances in the large and small box retail environment with 5 years working to develop operations in the small business franchise sector. 

Todd has a background in Marketing and Sales, with over a decade of creative experience in driving organic and managed ads for various franchise entities. His focus is in automation and innovation for small businesses.

Ty brings 15 years of Operations and Ethics Management experience to Spark. He has a passion for executing company objectives, while focusing on creating a sustainable and positive workplace for our teams.

Savannah is currently study for a degree in business administration and is also an electrical apprentice. She is active in the community and is a precinct vice-chair for the Canadian County GOP.
